Watering & Soil

Keep Boston Fern soil slightly moist but not soggy. Soil should not be dried out as it can quickly affect the fern’s foliage. So, if you find out that the fronds getting dry, then increase the amount of water.

Fertilizer

From spring to fall, use houseplant liquid fertilizer of half-strength once a month. During the fall and winter months, the growth of the plant is reduced therefore, no fertilization is required.
